Wrightkin & Arcwright

Terms of use

Updated 20 October 2026

Wrightkin is the independent studio operated by Resphere and the publisher of Arcwright. Contact resphere.n@gmail.com for questions about these terms.

Your work and backups

You retain your rights in the stories, artwork and other material you bring to the tools. Use material you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for keeping separate copies of work you want to preserve.

Browser saves depend on your device and browser settings. Arcwright's local saves and optional cloud exports are separate copies, not a continuously synchronized shared workspace. Cloud services have their own permissions, limits and terms.

Free tools and studio material

The browser tools listed on the Tools page are free to use without an account. Example artwork and studio content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance in a tool or example does not grant permission to redistribute that artwork.

Arcwright purchases

The current direct offer is Arcwright for Windows at $79.99 USD, paid once, with one license key for up to three devices. The final price and any taxes are shown at checkout. Keep your receipt and license information for activation and support.

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Its Buyer Terms also apply to that transaction. For payment, delivery, activation or refund questions, contact resphere.n@gmail.com. Your receipt, the terms shown at checkout and applicable consumer law govern purchase and refund rights.

Existing Arcwright owners receive app updates without another purchase.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

Availability and changes

Features, provider services and supported releases can change. Check the product page and your purchase terms for what is currently offered. A feature shown in an example project is not a promise that your own story or artwork will be supplied with Arcwright.

See the privacy policy for data handling and the support page for help.
