Help with Arcwright

Tell us your app version, Windows version, what you tried and what happened. For a purchase or activation problem, include the order reference or receipt email. Keep passwords, provider tokens and full license keys out of the first message.

Backups and connected accounts

Google Drive and OneDrive uploads happen when you request a backup. To restore one, download the file from your provider and import it into Arcwright. Disconnecting a provider does not delete uploaded files.

If sign-in is blocked or a backup fails, keep a local export and send the error message to support. Do not delete your project or replace an existing backup while investigating.

Free browser tools

Your saves stay in your browser. Export them before changing browsers, clearing site data or moving devices. For help, include the tool's name and the browser you use.
